From the desk of Karlie DeLong
Today, we played a fun game as a family, including Alyssa, called Off the Grid. You turn off all the lights and just use flashlights. The game was created by some kids. I read about it in a Clubhouse magazine. We picked five activities:
- Bowling
- Try Not To Laugh
- Bottle Flip Challenge
- Hide-and-Go-Seek
- Make Your Own Game
For the Make Your Own Game challenge, we played Ghost in the Graveyard. Alyssa was hilarious! She kept saying things like, "You moved your thumb! But that's okay. You can have one more chance!" Lolli stepped on my toe during Hide-and-Go-Seek, which we were playing as Sardines, and made me laugh so hard! I was horrible at the Try Not To Laugh challenge. Alyssa won because Mommy found it so funny that she was not laughing! It was so fun!
