Here are some fun random pictures from the week.

 Alyssa got a watch for Christmas and is pretty obsessed with it.  She goes in spurts and for about a half hour straight, she will inform me what time it is about every two minutes.  Then she gets distracted for a couple hours but will do it again several times a day.  She also takes her watch on and off about 20 times a day.  It is pretty funny but she is definitely getting good at reading numbers up to 59 which is pretty impressive for a 4 year old!  


Oh how we love to make sweet Sophia smile!


We had a random pretty day that wasn't freezing so Sophia got to wear her cute hat on a fun walk.  She really enjoys walks now that she is big enough to sit up and see everything!


Abbi has a lot of fun carrying Sophia around the house and is quite creative with how to play with her.  Sophia is quite interested in puppy so Abbi let her sit on her for a bit.


Nina and Papa dropped by and put Papa's hat on Sophia.  She was so cute!


Alyssa thought Sophia would like a babydoll riding on her back.  Or maybe she thought the babydoll would enjoy riding on Sophia!


Karlie is big help to me every morning by holding Sophia.  Alyssa likes to give her plenty of toys to play with:


Nina took the girls roller skating and they had a lot of fun.  Susanna is getting to be a really good skater now and all the girls played tag together.


Daddy picked up the girls and they stopped by a little waterfall to run around a bit before going n errands together.

  Saturday, May 1, 2021 From the desk of Karlie DeLong Our friend Emma Gay turned 13 this year, and she invited Karis and I to her party. We were going to go bowling and then go back to her house, but there was a tournament going on, so we just went back for a playdate. The other guests were Zoe Meador, Aubrey Ferguson, and Lilli Farnsworth. We played some games and then got dressed up for a really fancy dinner. Emma's parents dressed up as our waiter and waitress. We pretended that we were in the 1700's. It was so fun!

Random Ice Day

 We had a random winter storm and the girls were able to be out of school!  We forgot to take many pictures, but Karis used the time to re-organize her bookshelves.  Lolli decided that her legs made a nice pillow for a nap!  Abbi and Susanna were the only ones brave enough to try to go sledding on the ice but they had a lot of fun!

9 Poems

  May 29, 2021 Abigail DeLong I wrote nine poems about our pets. Here they are: Poem #1 Lolli and Cupcake were not friends when Lolli had her kittens. I was so happy, I sang a song while I jumped on the trampoline with Karlie and Susanna Delong. Lolli had her kittens, four, But suddenly, she had one more! Lolli has five kittens; they are so cute! They make me want to jump around the house and play a little flute. I am so proud of Lolli. She reminds me of Karis and Karlie! THE END Poem #2 One of the kitten's names is Taffy. Sometimes, she is very snappy. She was the third kitten born, but she cannot blow on a horn. She is a calico kitten, but she hasn't any mittens. Lolli is very proud, because sometimes, Taffy is loud.
